Shipping Locations
We currently ship to every pin code within India. At this stage, we do not support international shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent containing the relevant details of your product. 

Delivery Timeline
Our shipping duration generally ranges between 3-8 business days, bringing your fashion selections to you without delay.

Failed Delivery Attempts
When delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, refusal of package, or receiver unavailability, the shipment returns to our warehouse. Customers can place a re-delivery request.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a parcel is damaged, please inform our support within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. For lost shipments, we will initiate a refund or replacement after confirmation from our courier partner.
