Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order or before shipping has taken place, whichever condition applies first. To request cancellation, please reach out to our customer service department via email. If approved, your cancellation will result in a full refund, which will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may process a return once the item reaches you, according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
Currently, we are unable to allow modifications to product choices or shipping addresses once an order is confirmed. For any adjustments, you must cancel (if eligible) and reorder.
