By placing an order with us, you agree to the following return and refund conditions, carefully outlined for your ease:

Eligibility for Returns
You should meet the following criteria for return: 

  • Products must be unused, not washed, and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.
  • Tags, boxes, and packaging must remain unaltered.
  •  Items that are worn, cleaned, or modified are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. Contact customer care within this period to initiate. 
  • Returns outside of these requirements will be declined.

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Initiate a Request
Email your return request with Order ID and reason for return to shopizenenterprises@gmail.com.

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos
In cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please attach clear images to support your claim.

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
Once approved, you will receive complete guidance on the return process. We retain the authority to refuse returns that fail to meet our stated guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline
Upon receiving your returned item, our inspection team will verify compliance with the return rules. You will then be informed of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will also receive an email confirming the completion.

Partial Refund Guidelines
If your return partially meets the conditions, such as missing original packaging or minor wear, a partial refund may be offered at our sole discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If the product delivered is faulty, broken, or different from what you purchased, please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt. Share clear photos or videos through email to assist us in addressing the concern quickly.
